A new expanded, updated and fully revised electronic ‘e-brochure’ has been launched by Encasement, which covers the company’s extensive range of decorative column casing solutions and provides detailed technical information for architects specifiers and contractors.

Alongside the preformed plywood casings range, which is available ex-stock for next working day delivery and with a laminate or real wood veneer finish, the brochure also features the company’s metal casings range, which is available in polyester powder coated aluminium (PPC) as well as brushed or polished stainless steel. In addition, the comprehensive new brochure also covers, compact laminate, glass reinforced polymer (GRP) and glass reinforced gypsum (GRG) column casings together with a fire protection casing specifically for mezzanine floor installations.

Each product range is covered by a dedicated section, which incorporates a product overview and project images, together with a detailed specification section that provides typical installation diagrams and core specification clauses that can be copied and pasted directly from the e-brochure into project documentation.

Immediately following the product pages, a comprehensive range of technical data is provided for each product group, which provides core information on the manufacturing process, installation methods, applications and finish options as well as details on compliance to relevant legislation and standards.  Full details on available finishes are also provided in a dedicated section, which includes an easy to use finish options selection guide.

Encasement’s Managing Director, Martin Taylor, explained: “When there is such a wide choice of products, sizes, shapes and finishes, it is easy to make the supporting material cumbersome and difficult to navigate, so from the outset, we had a clear focus on simplicity and ease of use so that specifiers and contractors could obtain the information quickly.

He added: “Also, as the new brochure is available in a standard PDF format for easy download from our website, it also means that its content can be captured, copied and pasted into any specification document, making it quick and easy to include the right information as well as typical installation diagrams, if required.”

Encasement specialises in the supply of decorative casing and protection solutions for the architectural, contracting and construction sectors and the new column casings brochure can be downloaded from www.encasement.co.uk.
