In 2012, ADT Fire & Security held a number of free events around the UK, that included a series of expert seminars and CPD workshops supported by key partners exhibiting the latest fire and security solutions.
With over 340 attendees overall, ADT Fire & Security is now registering interest for seminars in 2013.
The ADT New Technology Roadshows are open to estate managers, specifiers, consultants, IT managers, facilities managers, contractors and all those with an interest in the latest life safety technology and to those who wish to understand the challenges, legislation and market drivers that have to be considered before implementing any new technology.
Also included within the day are a series of issues-based seminars with guest speakers such as the Fire Industry Association offering delegates guidance on a wealth of key industry topics including the evolution of fire detection and security technology, false alarm management, maintenance and service requirements, emergency evacuation and guidance systems, access control and CCTV.
The CPD workshops run parallel throughout the event and cover topics such as the open protocol debate for fire detection systems and access over POE.
In addition, delegates have the opportunity to visit a number of product stands, showcasing the latest technology from ADT Fire & Security and selected partners and can talk to the experienced teams about what the latest advancements can achieve and about how to make upgrading and integrating new systems a working reality.
