BASF Polyurethanes U.K. Limited has been awarded a BBA certificate for their WALLTITE® PU spray foam insulation and covers all UK applications as well as the manufacture of the product in the UK.
The scope covered is for use as an in-situ thermal insulation system for roofs, ground floors, internal walls of new and existing domestic or similar buildings. It relates to the use of WALLTITE® insulation in timber framed walls, between and under timber rafters, and also covers internal surface of masonry walls.
John Bullen, Sales Manager - In-situ Insulation says, “We are very pleased to have received BBA certification for WALLTITE®, the product has a significant role to play in the future in helping to improve airtightness, reduce CO2 emissions and energy bills. Recognition for its key attributes will be important going forward.”
