The shortlist of construction managers set to go head-to-head for a
prestigious industry title has been revealed.
Judges at the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) have carefully reviewed
scores of construction projects across the UK and picked the professionals who
are in with a chance of being crowned the Construction Manager of the Year.
They have been nominated for a variety of categories, including Commercial
and Leisure, Healthcare, and Education, and one winner from each category will
go on to be crowned the winner of CIOB’s most decorative award.
The winner will be revealed at CIOB’s glittering black-tie ceremony at
London’s Hilton Metropole on 15 May 2025.

the best.

May."
Other award categories up for grabs on the night include the Client Award,
EDI Awards (individual and team), Rising Star, Sustainability Award, and Team
Award.
