The Rooflight Association is pleased to be an official partner of UK Construction Week (UKCW) Birmingham 2026, taking place at NEC, Birmingham from 29 September – 1 October.
This year the event will respond to the changes and challenges facing the construction industry in 2026 and beyond: ‘Pressure on delivery, productivity, skills, technology and sustainability means the industry cannot keep doing things the same way.’
Focusing on ‘Building Smarter, Building Better and Building Responsibly’, UKCW Birmingham will bring the industry together to better understand what is changing and meet the businesses and people delivering the solutions.

The Rooflight Association is working with UKCW to educate visitors on new and evolving regulations impacting the sector, highlighting why rooflights and roof windows are high-value assets that help deliver better buildings.
Mark Wilcox, Chair of The Rooflight Association, said: “As the voice of the UK’s rooflight industry, The Rooflight Association is dedicated to helping specifiers, contractors, homeowners and decision-makers navigate evolving regulations and demands, which is why we are proud to partner with UK Construction Week Birmingham once again. Our expert member representatives will be on hand to inform and educate.
“By being part of the conversation, we can help set the agenda and ensure that daylighting – the primary benefit of rooflights and roof windows, goes hand-in-hand with safety, performance and energy efficiency in every build.”
Martin Hurn, Editorial Director at UK Construction Week, commented: “We’re delighted to welcome The Rooflight Association as an official partner of UK Construction Week Birmingham 2026. As regulations continue to evolve, having trusted industry bodies involved is incredibly important in helping our visitors understand what these changes mean in practice.
“The Rooflight Association brings valuable expertise around daylighting, safety, performance and energy efficiency, and we look forward to working together to share this knowledge with the wider construction community at this year’s event.”
