ISG has successfully completed a £4 million Cat A fit out of four floors of the iconic Walbrook Building for the scheme’s developer, Minerva.
ISG won the prestigious contract at the Foster + Partners-designed building on Walbrook Street in the City of London following a competitive tender.
The project is the first scheme to be undertaken by ISG for Minerva and saw the contractor complete the fit out of 180,000 sq ft of accommodation across four floor plates in a fast-track, three-month programme.
The fit out involved taking the four storeys from shell and core to Cat A standard with installation of mechanical and electrical services and suspended ceilings in preparation for bespoke fit out of the space by future tenants.
ISG also delivered an exclusive marketing suite on the sixth floor, which provides a showcase for all available space in the building.
