All 30 homes have now been reserved at Westleigh Homes’ Hatton Grange development in Walton, Peterborough.
The popular development located on Windsor Avenue offered buyers two and three bedroom homes, with selected properties available on the Help to Buy scheme.
Launched back in July, the development has been inundated with visitors and within three months has now completed reservations on all homes available.
