Retirement Villages Group Ltd has revealed the first artist's impression of its luxury £15 million development in Great Easton, Essex.
The development will provide the area with brand new retirement apartments and demand is expected to be high. The over 55s and their families are encouraged to register their interest and be among the first to receive information about the new luxury apartments once they are released for sale.
The drawing illustrates how the site, located on Dunmow Road, will look when it is completed in Spring 2014.
As part of this unique scheme, 26 individual apartments, each one slightly different from the next have been designed with retirement living in mind.
Buyers will be able to enjoy luxurious comfort and solitude of their own apartment, along with a slice of village life including exclusive use of the village clubhouse.
Sarah Burgess, Sales and Marketing Director said: "We hope that by releasing this image the development will be brought to life for people interested in the options available or for those that live locally. Interest is already growing fast so I would urge people to get in touch now.”
