London, UK – Alaska Developments, the London based commercial property development and consultancy company, has applied for planning permission to extend the Vue cinema and develop two restaurant units at their site on Doncaster Leisure Park.
The current Vue offers seven screens with approximately 1,559 seats and over 150 free parking spaces, the demise will be extended by two further screens at the rear of the cinema with two restaurant units being built at the front of the scheme, providing 3,400 sq ft at ground floor with sufficient head heights for full mezzanines to be installed.
James Weller, retail agency, Knight Frank, commented; “This is an exciting development to be involved with in a sector that is experiencing strong demand from both established and new operators and we look forward to working with Alaska and Vue to secure the right tenants.”
Knight Frank is acting on behalf of Alaska Developments.
