Organisations looking for insulation installers to work on their Green Deal and Energy Company Obligation (ECO) projects should contact the National Insulation Association (NIA).
NIA members have considerable experience of working with energy suppliers, other funders and organisations in delivering high quality installations on energy efficiency schemes and sign up to the NIA’s Code of Professional Practice.
The NIA represent the manufacturers/system certificate holders and installers of cavity wall insulation, solid wall insulation – both external and internal, loft insulation and draught proofing and its members have a key role to play in the delivery of insulation measures under the new Green Deal and ECO.
The NIA can offer Green Deal and ECO funders and scheme managers the following help:
• Issue expressions of interest or requests to tender to NIA members on their behalf
• Provide membership lists
• Provide an online member directory via its website www.nia-uk.og
