The Leadbitter Group, specialists in constructing sustainable housing from Cornwall to Kent, has completed its first affordable housing contract in Northamptonshire.
Leadbitter, which has its head office in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, has delivered six sustainable houses and flats in Blisworth for its client, Bromford. A leading provider and developer of affordable homes, Bromford owns and manages 27,000 homes in central and South West England and delivers specialist supported housing services.
The Blisworth development underpins Leadbitter’s growth across central and southern England, where it is already established as a leading builder of sustainable housing, education facilities, commercial properties and leisure centres.
John Parry, Operations Director of Leadbitter’s Central Housing division, said: “Leadbitter is renowned for constructing sustainable, environmentally friendly, quality homes across the UK. We are delighted that we are able to bring our expertise to Northamptonshire and hope that this will be the first of many similar contracts in the area.”
