ASSA ABLOY is excited to unveil its new space at the Building Centre in central London, giving architects, designers, specifiers, and developers the opportunity to explore its solutions first-hand.
Established in 1931, the Building Centre is a long-standing hub for the built environment and a key resource for the UK’s architectural and specification community.
The permanent ASSA ABLOY space, open five days a week, showcases fully specified solutions for a range of sectors, including healthcare, data centres, hospitality, and commercial offices, alongside guidance on whole-life cost door specifications.
The showroom is divided by project type, one side pure performance solutions and the other side leading with a design focus.
Brands on display from the ASSA ABLOY Group include ASSA ABLOY, UNION, Mul-T-Lock, Lorient, Traka, Vingcard and ABLOY.
Peter Ashworth, Sales Director at ASSA ABLOY, comments: “Our new space at the Building Centre showcases our solutions first hand, and the first-class security that underpins them. We look forward to inviting architects and specifiers to learn about our products in a physical setting, providing them with inspiration for current and future projects.
“Our specification team works closely with architects and specifiers to ascertain everything from the best door opening solution in terms of whole life costs, to providing BIM-ready packages, that streamline the specification process and enable compliant, sustainable and cost-effective designs.”
The exhibition space will host RIBA-accredited CPD training courses and events throughout the year, all of which will be detailed on the ASSA ABLOY website. Learn more about the new space at the Building Centre here: https://www.assaabloy.com/uk/en/stories/knowledge-centre/build-centre.
